How to read a catalogue record
Every public product page is built from the same fields. If a field is empty, the page says so.

What a record is allowed to say
A record names the item, the pack, the price and the availability. It may describe the material family when that description is part of the supply identity, such as borosilicate glass or polypropylene.
What it will not say
It will not show a purity percentage, a batch number, a customer review or a certificate unless that document is actually filed. “Not on file” is a status, not a failure of the page to load.
Where the price comes from
The price on the page, the price in the cart and the price on the order are the same database field: the variant’s price in pence. The page does not keep a second copy.
