How a catalogue price is checked
The page price and a market comparison are different things. Only the first is always shown.

Catalogue price
Every public size has one price in pence. That price is on the vial page, in the cart, and in the order.
Market comparison
A lower-price mark needs a stored listing of the same compound and the same size, in stock, not a promotion, and still inside the check window. If that listing is not stored, the page does not say the size is the cheapest.
What not to do
Do not compare different milligram amounts. Do not invent another shop’s price.
The method is written at how prices are checked.
