Glossary
Peptide library
A peptide library is a collection of many peptides with systematically varied sequences, prepared synthetically or displayed biologically, for example by phage display. Libraries are screened to discover binders to a target, map epitopes or study structure-activity relationships, with hits confirmed by resynthesis and testing.
