COSHH
COSHH, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002, is UK legislation requiring employers to control exposure to hazardous substances. It involves risk assessment, implementation of control measures such as fume hoods and PPE, monitoring and training. Laboratory work with chemicals in Great Britain falls under COSHH.
