Semax and Selank are different research compounds. Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide based on an ACTH(4-10) fragment; Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide analogue of tuftsin studied in neuropeptide and signalling research. ## Documentation

Every lot has its own Certificate of Analysis and every vial carries a printed lot number, so the paperwork matches the vial. You can request the CoA for the lot you will receive before you order. A useful CoA names the lot, the test method (usually HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity), the result and the date.
