# What should you check before buying a named peptide blend?

A named blend is several peptides freeze-dried in one vial under a trade name. Names such as GLOW, KLOW or Wolverine are not standard chemical names. Before buying, confirm in writing each component and its mg per vial, and ask whether the CoA tests each component. Then compare price against buying the components separately.

## Why is a blend harder to verify than a single peptide?

A single-peptide CoA confirms one expected mass and one main HPLC peak. A blend has several, and peak areas only reflect relative amounts if each component's UV response is accounted for. A blend's total mg says nothing about the split between components.

## What is on the checklist?

- Composition: each component named by non-proprietary name, with mg per vial.
- Testing: identity for every component, and the CoA lot matching the printed vial lot number.
- Total: components should add up to the labelled total (for example 70 mg or 80 mg).
- Price: compare with the separate single vials at the same masses.
- Labelling: research use only; no administration directions.

## How did blend prices compare at the latest check?

Blend names vary between sellers, so a match on name alone may hide different compositions. Check component lists before reading too much into a price difference.

| Blend | Sable | Lowest other UK | Median other | Other sellers |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| GLOW stack 70 mg | £38.98 | £44.99 | £64.95 | 9 |
| KLOW blend 80 mg | £52.48 | £52.50 | £75.00 | 12 |
| Wolverine stack 10 mg | £23.97 | £23.99 | £40.99 | 4 |
| Wolverine stack 20 mg | £39.97 | £39.99 | £59.99 | 3 |

## Sourcing note

Sable lists GLOW stack: 70 mg at £38.98; KLOW blend: 80 mg at £52.48; Wolverine stack: 10 mg at £23.97; 20 mg at £39.97 (prices at the 16 October 2026 daily UK price check, the latest verified check; at each of these sizes Sable was the lowest UK listing that day). Lowest UK price guaranteed, confirmed by daily price checks.

Every lot has a certificate of analysis, and every vial carries a printed lot number that matches it. Supplied for laboratory research use only.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is in a KLOW blend?

Ask the supplier for the named components and mg of each. Blend names are not standard chemical names.

### Can HPLC purity be given for a blend?

A chromatogram can show each component's peak, but one percentage purity figure means less than for a single peptide.

### Are blends cheaper than separate vials?

Sometimes. Compare against the single vials at the same masses at the same check date.
