Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) uses columns packed with particles smaller than 2 µm and systems capable of very high pressures. It delivers faster separations with sharper peaks and higher resolution than conventional HPLC, making it well suited to detecting closely related peptide impurities.
