# Stability study

A stability study measures how the quality of a material changes over time under defined conditions of temperature, humidity and light. For peptides, samples are periodically analysed by HPLC and mass spectrometry to track purity, degradation products and appearance. Accelerated studies at elevated temperature help predict long-term behaviour.
