# Request a Certificate of Analysis

## Questions

### How do I get the CoA for my vial?

Every lot has a Certificate of Analysis. Enter your email and the product and size on /coa-request — add the lot number printed on the vial, or your order number, if you have it — and we email that lot's CoA within 2 hours.

### Where is the lot number?

It is printed on the vial label. If you do not have the vial to hand, the order number is enough for us to find the lot.
